For the last twenty years Ed Laska has exercised and eaten nutritiously. Many friends and acquaintances have remarked how young and healthy he looks. These same friends and acquaintances would always ask what diet he was following and what exercise programs he was doing. With his personal training regime, Ed would like to share and transfer his experience and knowledge with his clients.
